April 14 session

Final sentencing

• Terrence W. Cates, 31, of the 1200 block of Carter Road pleaded guilty to an amended charge of third-degree burglary and impersonating a police officer. He was sentenced to eight years in prison, probated for three years.

• James Larry Barnett Jr., 48, of Versailles pleaded guilty to second-degree escape and was sentenced to one year in prison to run consecutively with any state time remaining to serve.

• Jerricho Lamont Young, 32, of the 3300 block of U.S. 60 East pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, subsequent offense. He was sentenced to five years in prison and must pay $250 in restitution.

Diversion

• Cheryle Rena Clouse, 41, of the 2000 block of Hughes Avenue pleaded guilty to first-degree promoting contraband and prescription controlled substance not in original container. She was sentenced to five yeas in prison, diverted for three years. A charge of trafficking in a controlled substance was dismissed.

March 27 session

Shock probation

• Michael Davone Webster, 24, of the 1700 block of Bluff Avenue was granted shock probation. He pleaded guilty in January to a charge of first-degree burglary and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

• Jerrod Lee Grace, 34, of the 900 block of East 15th Street was granted shock probation. He pleaded guilty in January to first-degree possession of a controlled substance; second-degree hindering prosecution and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to one year in prison, probated for five years.

Final sentencing

• Donnie Adrian McLain, 45, of Tell City, Indiana, pleaded guilty to second-degree escape and was sentenced to one year in prison.

• William Ross Bell, 23, of Hawesville pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree assault under extreme emotional disturbance and first-degree wanton endangerment. He was sentenced to seven years in prison, probated for five years.

March 30 session

Final sentencing

• Jonathan William Anton, 34, of Curdsville pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking valued at less than $500. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 15 days served, balance probated for two years.

• Marquez William Bibbs, 29, of the 4000 block of Reliant Circle pleaded guilty to two amended counts of trafficking in synthetic drugs. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with seven days served, balance probated for two years.

April 10 session

Final sentencing

• Amy Marie Smith, 34, of the 500 block of Maple Heights Avenue pleaded guilty to charges in two separate indictments: Third-degree assault and cultivating marijuana. She was sentenced to three years in prison, probated for three years.

April 13 session

Final sentencing

• Edward James Brandenburg, 47, of the 140 block of St. Anthony Road pleaded guilty to charges in two separate indictments: Amended charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, subsequent offense; possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacturing meth and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. He was sentenced to 11 years in prison, probated for three years, and fined $375.

April 15 session

Final sentencing

• Jerry Glenn McCrady, 58, of the 7700 block of Kentucky 815 pleaded guilty to second-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of marijuana and first-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 12 days served, balance probated for two years.

A charge of careless driving was dismissed.

• James Michael Lee, 39, of the 2900 block of Veach Road pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree burglary. He was sentenced to six years in prison, probated for three years, and must pay $10,000 in restitution.

• Jeremy Todd Green, 41, of the 300 block of Castlen Street pleaded guilty to charges involving two separate indictments: Unlawful taking of property valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, subsequent offense; possession of drug paraphernalia and operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license. He was sentenced to three years in prison.

Diversion

• Robert Scott Estes, 52, of the 1000 block of East 19th Street pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted for two years.

• Jessica Faye King, 36, of the 8300 block of Sauer Road pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted for two years.
