I woke up at 3 am with someone knocking at my door it turned out to be a policeman.  Scary, but this kind gentleman had found my 17 year old, blind, deaf dog walking down the center of Booth Ave.   She was lost and wouldn't let anyone pick her up.  The policeman gave me a ride and when we arrived  there was another policeman, walking with my dog, down the middle of the street, flash light in hand, making sure she was safe.  I love Owensboro!   Thank You OPD!
