Members of the Ohio County Honor Guard visited with Governor Matt Bevin on April 15 to discuss veterans affairs and present the governor with a plaque naming him an honorary member of the PFC Wesley Memorial Honor Guard and giving him a commemorative 1860 cavalry saber.
