OWENSBORO — Ina Mavis Henton Troutman, 96, of 530 Yale Place; Owensboro, died Friday, Dec. 19, 2014 at the Hillcrest Health Care Center in Owensboro.  Ina Mavis Henton was born Feb. 22, 1918 in McLean County, to the late Guy Napoleon and Mary Flossie Greenwalt Henton and was married to Prentice Elliott Troutman.  Mavis was a homemaker and member of Owensboro Church of Christ.  She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, sewing, quilting, working jigsaw puzzles, playing cards, and spending time with both her family and friends.  In addition to her parents, Mavis was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Prentice E. Troutman, who died Dec. 8, 1996; and by three brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include a son, Donald Jay Troutman and wife, Judy of Sturgis; two grandsons, Tim Troutman and wife, Maria of Dayton, Ohio and Terry Troutman of Carrollton, Texas; two great grandchildren, Laken Troutman and Cory Troutman; a great great granddaughter, Cassie Chatterton; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at  Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with Daniel Askew officiating.  Burial was in the Pleasant Hope Cemetery in McLean County.
