An Ohio County man is being charged with indecent exposureafter police say surveillance footage that went viral online showed him committing a sexual act while looking inside the window of a home.

Jacob Stewart, 20, of Cromwell, is being charged with second-degree indecent exposure, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree trespassing after Ohio County Sheriff's deputies say he trespassed onto a Cromwell residence on Mt. Pleasant Road last week and committed a "sexual act" while looking into the window of the home.

The Ohio County Sheriff's Office was alerted by the homeowner Thursday after surveillance footage showing the crime was posted on social media.

Stewart is being housed in the Ohio County Detention Center.
