"We Won't Go Back" protest

An abortion rights supporter walks with a sign along Frederica Street during a “We Won’t Go Back” protest on Thursday with others protesting the U.S. Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade.

Colorful signs and messages covered the Daviess County Courthouse lawn along Frederica Street on Thursday in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade — effectively ending the constitutional right to abortion after 49 years.

About 150 people gathered and marched during the “We Won’t Go Back” protest to voice their displeasure with the ruling.
