Final sentencing

• Toni Jerome Hicks, 47, of the 1600 block of West Third Street, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit card valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000, receiving stolen property valued at less than $500 and first-degree possession of a controlled substance. Hicks was sentenced to two years in prison and must pay $1,553 in restitution.

• Scott Alan Shepherd, 24, of the 2600 block of Duke Drive, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of receiving stolen property valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass. He was sentenced to two years in prison, probated three years.

• Jamal Delonte Huggins, 30, of the 500 block of Poplar Street, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, trafficking in synthetic drugs and third-degree possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to three years in prison. A charge of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance while in possession of a handgun was dismissed.

• Calvin Elijah Rideout, 41, of Dixon, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, possession of marijuana and operating on a suspended/revoked license. He was sentenced to five years in prison.

Diversion

• Christopher Brian Howell, 35, of Leakesville, Mississippi, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted two years.

• Kandiee Colleen Ramos, 31, of the 300 block of Castlen Street, pleaded guilty to third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), terroristic threatening and menacing. She was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted two years.

April 29 session

Final sentencing

• David A. Peavler, 35, of the 5400 block of Frederica Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to one year in prison.

• Sean Sheets, 32, of the 4000 block of Gemini Drive, pleaded guilty to first-degree promoting contraband, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic drugs. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison, probated three years. A charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance was dismissed.

May 2 session

Final sentencing

• Mario V. Thomas, 34, of Hopkinsville, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and an amended charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and was sentenced to three years in prison.

May 3 session

Final sentencing

• Robert Shane Hart, 43, of the 600 block of Higdon Road, pleaded guilty to two amended counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; carrying a concealed deadly weapon; possession of synthetic drugs; possession of marijuana; illegal possession of a legend drug and failure of owner to register transfer of motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated three years.

• Tabitha Nikole House, 38, of the 1400 block of Sullivan Loop, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of theft by unlawful taking valued at less than $500. She was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with four days served, balance suspended two years. In another case, she pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000 and third-degree burglary. She was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted two years.

Diversion

• Dakota Shane Houtchen, 20, of the 3200 block of Mallard Landing Loop, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Houtchen was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted three years.

May 6 session

Final sentencing

• Mallory Ann Carter, 26, of the 4000 block of Carpenter Drive, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, credited with seven days served, balance suspended two years, and license was revoked for 90 days.

• Lou Ann Bearley, 47, of the 2300 block of Citation Avenue, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fraudulent use of a credit card valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000. She was sentenced to two years in prison, probated four years, and must pay $17,865 in restitution.

• Sarah Jane Burden, 412, of the 1300 block of West Second Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and amended charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Tiffany Nicole White, 38, of the 800 block of East Fourth Street, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and amended charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking or disposition. She was sentenced to three years in prison, probated three years.

Diversion

• Rebecca Lynn Bant, 40, of the 400 block of Hathaway Street, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted two years.

• Clifford Douglas Edge, 41, of the 400 block of East Fourth Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted two years.

May 8 session

Final sentencing

• Charli Lanekc Durr, 38, of the 300 block of East 20th Street, pleaded guilty to two counts of terroristic threatening. Durr was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 13 days served, balance suspended two years.

• Roger Lee Best, 32, of the 2000 block of Wink Court, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, third-degree possession of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana and illegal possession of a legend drug. He was sentenced to five years in prison, probated four years.

Diversion

• Tony Aaron Rose, 51, of the 2000 block of West First Street, pleaded guilty to third-degree assault, terroristic threatening and resisting arrest. He was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted two years.

Final sentencing

• Nathan Alexander Sisco, 29, of Louisville, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property (firearm), carrying a concealed deadly weapon and operating motor vehicle while under the influence. He was sentenced to one year in prison, probated two years.

• Christopher Steven Light, 33, of the 1500 block of Leitchfield Road, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in prison, probated two years.

Diversion

• Andres Cristian Lopez, 19, of the 700 block of Pennbrooke Avenue, pleaded guilty to assault under extreme emotional disturbance and three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. Lopez was sentenced to three years in prison, diverted four years.

• Ravin Louise Rouse, 40, of the 2200 block of East 19th Street, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal abuse She was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted two years. A charge of second-degree burglary was dismissed.

Final sentencing

• Marquis Deavonte Williams, 25, of the 1700 block of Bluff Avenue, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of giving officers false identifying information. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, credited with 90 days served.

Diversion

• Magdalena Gomez-Marcos, 33, of the 600 block of East Fifth Street, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree possession of a forged instrument. She was sentenced to five years in prison, diverted three years. A charge of theft of identity of another was dismissed.

May 15 session

Final sentencing

• Allen M. Worden, 30, of the 1300 block of Maple Avenue, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was sentenced to three years in prison, probated two years, and must pay $100 in restitution.

May 16 session

Final sentencing

• Joshua G. Lee, 41, of the 700 block of Fairfax Drive, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance. He was sentenced to five years in prison, probated two years.

• Shana Worthen, 28, of the 800 block of Hall Street, pleaded guilty to promoting contraband and tampering with physical evidence. She was sentenced to two years in prison, probated two years.

Diversion

• Erin Raley, 25, of the 100 block of Old Livermore Road, pleaded guilty to theft of identity. She was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted two years.

• Linda Whittaker, 47, of the 1900 block of Old Henderson Road, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted one year.
