Diversion

• Derek Wayne Fleischmann, 36, of the 1700 block of Hughes Avenue, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and was sentenced to five years in prison, diverted three years. In another case, Fleischmann pleaded guilty to third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and giving officer false identifying information. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 58 days served, balance suspended two years.

• Justos Cortes-Escobedo, 59, of Livermore, pleaded guilty to theft of identity and four counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted two years.

Final sentencing

• Christopher Autrey, 27, of the first block of Dixiana Court, pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest and first-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to one year in prison, probated one year.

• Kiefer Durell Hendricks, 28, of the 3800 block of Brentwood Drive, pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, giving officer false identifying information and possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in prison.

• Candice Marie Politick, 38, address unknown, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to five years in prison.

May 20 session

Final sentencing

• Donald Fletcher, 29, of the 1100 block of Kentucky 746, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000. He was sentenced to one year in prison, probated two years, and must pay $2,500 in restitution.

• Todd Nathaniel Brey, 48, address unknown, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of third-degree burglary and was sentenced to one year in prison.

Final sentencing

• Russell Eugene Sanford, 44, of Caneyville, pleaded guilty to third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 120 days served, balance probated two years.

• Gregory Barry Nuckols, 56, of the 700 block of Dalton Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in prison, probated two years.

• Timothy Lee Roach, 32, of the 4300 block of Greenbriar Road, Utica, pleaded guilty to charges involving three separate indictments: Two amended counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; tampering with physical evidence; operating motor vehicle while under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense, aggravating circumstances; operating motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence, third or greater offense; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance while in possession of a handgun; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison and license was revoked five years.

• Matthew Hamilton York, 27, of the 1800 block of Wink Court, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault (police or probation officer). He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 77 days served, balance probated two years.
