Final sentencing

• Skylar Chase Riney, 33, of the 2900 block of Christie Place, pleaded guilty to charges involving two separate indictments: First-degree possession of a controlled substance; an amended charge of trafficking in a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; two amended counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance; tampering with physical evidence; possession of drug paraphernalia while in possession of a firearm and an amended charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

• Ngae N. Ngae, 31, of the 400 block of Triplett Street, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense and operating a motor vehicle while license was revoked/suspended for DUI, aggravating circumstances. Ngae was sentenced to two years in prison, probated two years, license revoked for 60 months.

• Shannon T. Owsley, 20, address unknown, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possession of marijuana while in possession of a firearm; possession of drug paraphernalia while in possession of a firearm; receiving stolen property (firearm); second-degree fleeing/evading police; two counts of second-degree criminal trespass and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. She was sentenced to six years in prison.

• Laura Ann Shaw, 50, of the 1000 block of East Fifth Street, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree assault under extreme emotional disturbance. She was sentenced to five years in prison.

June 5 session

Final sentencing

• David Lee Bauer, 53, of the 1000 block of West Seventh Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in prison, conditionally discharged one year.

• Bradley Allen Adams, 36, of the 3800 block of Lovell Drive, pleaded guilty to first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault and violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and was sentenced to three years in prison.

• Jerrod Lee Grace, 38, of the 1400 block of Leitchfield Road, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance. He was sentenced to three years in prison, probated two years.

• Bart Eugene Hayes, 37, of Henderson, pleaded guilty to theft by deception valued at less than $10,000. He was sentenced to two years in prison, probated two years, and must pay $3,608 in restitution.

June 6 session

Final sentencing

• Nicole E. Abbott, 27, of Henderson, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at less than $500. She was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with four days served, balance probated two years.

• Emily Cecil, 29, of the 600 block of Jed Place, pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana (firearm enhanced), possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance. She was sentenced to five years in prison, probated two years.

• Brandon Chase Roberts, 28, of the 5300 block of Essex Drive, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (fourth or subsequent offense) and third-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to three years in prison, probated two years, and license was revoked for 60 months.

Diversion

• Orville Ray Abney, 54, of the first block of Woodford Avenue, pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to three years in prison, diverted three years.
