He was sentenced to six years in prison.

• Byron Todd Huff, 45, of Evansville, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to one year in prison.

• Cameron Tindell Anderson, 31, address unknown, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance; theft by unlawful taking of a controlled substance valued at less than $10,000; fraudulent use of a credit card less than $500 within a six-month period; theft by unlawful taking or disposition; possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a legend drug. He was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted two years.

• Chrisney Lavon Jourdan, 31, address unknown, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance; theft by unlawful taking of a controlled substance valued at less than $10,000; fraudulent use of credit card less than $500 within six months; theft by unlawful taking or disposition valued at less than $500; illegal possession of a legend drug and possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted two years, and must pay $238 in restitution.

Dismissal

• A charge of tampering with physical evidence was dismissed with prejudice against Marcus B. Boyken, 31, of Greenville.

Final sentencing

• David Wayne Crochet, 37, of the 300 block of Hale Avenue, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools. He was sentenced to two years in prison and is jointly and severally liable for $425 in restitution.

Final sentencing

• Christopher Shane French, 39, of the 600 block of Time Drive, pleaded guilty to charges involving three separate indictments: Two counts of tampering with physical evidence; three counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana and second-degree fleeing/evading police and was sentenced to four years in prison.

• Trenten E. Hall, 54, of Richland, Indiana, pleaded guilty to operating motor vehicle while under the influence (fourth or subsequent offense) and operating motor vehicle while license revoked/suspended, second offense. He was sentenced to two years in prison and license was revoked for five years.

• Jessica Beatrice Ballis, 29, of the 7700 block of Old Kentucky 81, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance; tampering with physical evidence; possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and was sentenced to one year in prison.

• Russell Cambron Wells, 36, of the 3700 block of Bordeaux Loop South, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to one year in prison, probated two years.

• Denver Gage Maddox, 24, homeless, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with sex offender registration and was sentenced to two years in prison.

• Spenser Scott Wallace, 32, of the 2400 block of West Second Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to one year in prison.

• Melissa Clark Peeterse, 30, of the 200 block of East 17th Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to one year in prison, probated two years.

• George William Aubrey, 70, of the 1100 block of Oglesby Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in prison, conditionally discharged one year.

• Deziree Frazier, 23, of the 1300 block of Claranette Court, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to one year in prison, probated two years.

Diversion

• Caleb S. Smith, 25, of the 500 block of Crittenden Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to two years in prison, diverted three years.

• Kyle Hadley, 28, address unknown, pleaded guilty to second-degree evading police and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to three years in prison, conditionally discharged one year.

• DeShaun Hagan, 23, of Glasgow, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property (firearm), carrying a concealed deadly weapon, second-degree fleeing/evading police and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and was sentenced to five years in prison.

• Daniel Paul Strawberry, 41, address unknown, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of unlawful transaction with a minor. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 215 days served, balance probated two years.

Final sentencing

• Nashiem Owsley, 20, of the 3800 block of Raintree Drive, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and an amended charge of second-degree robbery. Owsley was sentenced to five years in prison and must pay $250 in restitution.

• Maurice Valdez Jackson, 45, of the 800 block of Pennbrooke Avenue, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal attempt to commit failure to comply with sex offender registration. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with five days served, balance probated two years.

Diversion

• Christopher Kelly, 36, address unknown, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted one year.

• Victor Carl Morton, 60, of the 2200 block of Carpenter Drive, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of synthetic drugs. He was sentenced to two years in prison, conditionally discharged one year.

• Michael Wayne Caldwell, 67, of the 1100 block of Werner Avenue, pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in prison, probated one year.

• Mary Gamblin, 35, of the 1600 block of Glendale Avenue, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a synthetic drug. She was sentenced to one year in prison, probated two years.

• Travis P. Manley, 33, of the 2600 block of East Victory Court, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Diversion

• Harlan Ray Harney Jr., 54, of the 1300 block of West Second Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted two years.

• Chandler Dalton Bratcher, 22, of the 2700 block of Lucky Debonair Court, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a forged instrument and possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted two years.

• Jesse Lee Morris, 26, of the 1700 block of East 22nd Street, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Morris was sentenced to one year in prison, diverted two years. A charge of receiving stolen property was dismissed without prejudice.

• Joe Allen Harper III, 41, of the 4900 block of Kentucky 54, pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; criminal trespass; tampering with physical evidence; tampering with physical evidence and theft by unlawful taking or disposition valued at less than $500. He was sentenced to three years in prison, diverted two years, and must pay $1,500 in restitution.

Final sentencing

• Anthony Elliott, 37, of the 400 block of Birkhead Avenue, pleaded guilty to charges involving two separate indictments: First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or great offense; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance while in possession of a handgun; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; carrying a concealed deadly weapon by prior deadly weapon offender and possession of drug paraphernalia while in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

June 26 session

Final sentencing

• Bryan D. Keown, 33, of the 3100 block of Burlew Boulevard, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to two years in prison, probated two years.
