Oct. 5 session

Final sentencing

• Dwayne Allen Edge, 70, of the 4100 block of Kentucky 554 pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence, two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to two years in prison, probated three years.

• Eric Anthony Stewart, 37, of the 3400 block of Daviess Street pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating motor vehicle while under the influence, aggravating circumstances; speeding and tampering with physical evidence. He was sentenced to three years in prison, probated three years, license revoked 120 days and fined $35.

• Barbara Ann Wells, 51, of Central City pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and illegal possession of a legend drug. She was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 108 days served, balance probated two years.

• Andria Elizabeth Sparks, 25, of the 5300 block of Willow Brook Loop pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree assault; resisting arrest and was sentenced to one year in prison.

Oct. 8 session

Final sentencing

• George Robert White, 37, of the 4000 block of Carpenter Drive pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in a controlled substance, two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to five years in prison.

• Johnnie Ray Calloway, 66, of the 100 block of Martin Way pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to five years in prison.

Oct. 10 session

Diversion

• William Ryan Thomas West, 20, of Whitesville pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking or disposition valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000 and falsely reporting an incident. He was sentenced to three years in prison, diverted three years.

Final sentencing

• Randall Lewis Lucas, 44, of the 700 block of Sycamore Street pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal attempt to commit first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 33 days served, balance probated two years.

Oct. 11 session

Final sentencing

• Kenneth Clay Harpe, 57, of the 900 block of East Byers Avenue pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense; and leaving the scene of an accident, failure to render aid or assistance. He was sentenced to two years in prison.

Oct. 12 session

Final sentencing

• Erica Jeanette Ramsey, 32, of Lewisport pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 305 days served, balance probated two years. A charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance was dismissed.

• Charles Glen Hope, 43, of the 100 block of Maple Street pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to one year in prison.

• Scotty Wayne Hastie, 29, of the 1200 block of Venable Avenue pleaded guilty to an amended charge of giving officer false identifying information, possession of synthetic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, credited with 13 days served, balance probated two years.

Oct. 17 session

Final sentencing

• Richard Lee Ellis, 33, of the 1600 block of Glendale Avenue pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, disregarding traffic control device and second-degree assault. He was sentenced to eight years in prison and fined $35.
