The following list is compiled from reports to area law enforcement agencies:

Owensboro Police Department

• Corey S. Smith, 28, of the 4000 block of Carpenter Drive was charged Tuesday with first-degree promoting contraband.

• Two totes containing clothing, purses and jackets worth $2,000 were reported stolen Monday from a home in the 4300 block of North Landsdowne.

• A scooter worth $1,000 was reported stolen Tuesday while parked in the 3200 block of Old Hartford Road.

• A scooter worth $600 was reported stolen Tuesday from a home in the 1800 block of Hall Street.

• A rape was reported Wednesday at the Colonel House Motel, 1829 Triplett St. The victim reported being raped by an acquaintance.

Daviess County Sheriff's Department

• A Ford F-450 was reported stolen Tuesday while parked in the 2000 block of East Parrish Avenue.

Traffic accidents

• Two vehicles collided at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on West Second Street near Industrial Drive. They were a motorcycle driven by Scot Baumgardner, 55, of the 1100 block of Upper Trace and a van driven by Paul Puckett, 61, of the 2400 block of Thornton Avenue. Baumgardner was treated for injuries at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital and released.

• Two vehicles collided at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of U.S. 60. They were a car driven by Kaleb Wilson, 19, of Rockport, Indiana, and a car driven by Sarah Fisher, 39, of Falls of Rough. Fisher was taken to OHRH, were she was listed in good condition Wednesday. Fisher's passenger, Kristina Emery, was treated for injuries at OHRH and released.
