Owensboro Police Department

• Crystal L. Mailloux, 40, of the 700 block of Crittenden Street was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

• Stephanie L. Falloway Crask, 37, of the 900 block of East Ninth Street was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

• Tammy L. Vehlewald, 52, of the 800 block of East 14th Street was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

• Joshua Hall, 35, homeless was charged Thursday with failure to comply with the sex offender registry.

• John B. Tidner, 68, of the 200 block of Bolivar Street was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

• A Lincoln Zephyr worth $6,000, a key fob, cash and a wallet were reported stolen Thursday from a home in the 2600 block of Cloverdale Drive.

• A generator worth $884 was reported stolen Thursday from a home in the 1900 block of Cullen Avenue.

Daviess County Sheriff's Department

• Brandon L. Carter, 36, of the 1700 block of Mallard Place was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary.

• Harley D. Wallace, 19, of Maceo was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (LSD) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).

• Dennis K. Stephens, 46, of the 2700 block of McFarland Avenue was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and tampering with physical evidence.

• Nathan L. Gaston, 38, of the 3800 block of Shelly Drive was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary.

• A wallet was reported stolen Thursday from a vehicle parked in the 5400 block of Ridgeview Trace.
