Owensboro Police Department
• Lucas N. Keown, 20, of the 2600 block of Southwood Avenue was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates).
• Sara M. Knight, 46, of Island,
was charged Thursday with first-
degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
Daviess County Sheriff’s Department
• Richard M. Burden, 30, of the 4100 block of Mason Woods Lane was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
• Randall L. Vaughn, 32, of the 6900 block of Lamplite Circle was charged Friday with first-degree criminal abuse (victim age 12 or under).
