Joelle Johnson added 10 points and Cameron Browning pulled down 10 rebounds.
Former Owensboro Catholic star Mackenzie Keelin, who will play at Tennessee Tech as a collegian, scored three points and grabbed two rebounds in six minutes of action.
Indiana was paced by Jorie Allen and Emma Nolan, who scored 12 points each.
The two teams meet again in the annual All-Star series on Saturday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
